Management Team

The Management Team are the first responsible persons for the management of the Network and follow up of the Socrates project. The Management Team consists of:

• the Executive Board (6 members)
• the Network Coordinator, Chief Executive (1 member)

The Executive Board consists of the following members:

• President: Sofia Vikström (Karolinska Institutet, Stockholm, SE)
• Vice-President: Liliya Todorova (Sen. Ass. Professor, Angel Kunchev University of Rousse, Rousse, BG)
• Secretary: Jennifer Lewis Smith (University of Derby, UK)
• Treasurer: Satu Aittomaki (Helsinki Metropolia, FI)
• Representative Central/Eastern Europe: Liliya Todorova (Sen. Ass. Professor, Angel Kunchev University of Rousse, Rousse, BG)
• COTEC link person: Stephanie Saenger (COTEC, NL)
• Member: Anne Lawson-Porter (British Association / College of Occupational Therapists, London, UK)

The Network Coordinator, Chief Executive is: Hanneke van Bruggen (International coordinator; OT; Hogeschool van Amsterdam, Amsterdam, The Netherlands)

Besides the responsibility for involvement of the different European regions, each boardmember is responsible for specified activities and the results, stated in the workplan of the Socrates Thematic Network project.

Each boardmember is linked to a working group, which has its own projectleaders and a prescribed task.
