As the Annual ENOTHE meeting is coming very near, we would like to keep you informed about the latest developments.
Programme
We hereby present you the preliminary programme (PDF).
Registration
The registration of the students has progressed extremely hard. This means that all student places are filled up and that the registration of new students is no longer possible. You can find the confirmation list for students who will participate in the ENOTHE meeting in the section above. You will also find there the confirmation list for the regular participants who enjoy the early bird tariff.
Conference fee
As mentioned in the email we sent to our members, untill the first of July, participants with an ENOTHE membership were able to register for the the early bird price of € 75 for the TUNING Science Day, and € 200 for the Annual ENOTHE meeting of 15th and 16th October. As that date has now passed, the TUNING Science Day will now cost € 100, and the Annual ENOTHE meeting € 275.
Hotel reservations
We can arrange hotel reservations for participants at a discount price. If you want to make use of this service, please do not forget to include one of the following codes in your email to us:
New Secretary
We would like to introduce to you the new ENOTHE Office Secretary Emmanuel Adjei, who will from now on be in charge of the registration of the participants. In case you need more information about the Stockholm meeting, you can email him on EMAD@phmetropol.dk.
Information on Stockholm

Public transportation and travel directions
4 days travel card
If you arrive on Arlanda Airport between 14:00 and 20:00 CET on Wednesday 13th October, or Thursday 14th, a person will be there with an ENOTHE signpost, handing you out a 4 days travelcard. Please be noted that the days start to count from the first day the card is used, and that it can be used on all (public) trains, buses and trams in the Stockholm city centre. It will also cover the trip from the hotels we provide for our participants (the Rica hotels) to the conference location.
If you only stay in Stockholm for 4 days, the ticket can be used already from Arlanda airport to the hotel with no extra travelcosts. However, if you arrive Wednesday and stay until Sunday (stay for 5 days), it is wiser to buy seperate tickets for the journey of the airport to the hotel on the day of arrival.
From the Airport to the Central Station
From Arlanda Airport to the two quickest routes to reach the city centre of Stockholm are:
1) the Arlanda airport bus (approx. €15,- for a 40 minutes ride, goes every 15 minutes), or:
2) the Arlanda fast train (approx. €20,- for a 25 minutes ride).
However, these two travel options are not covered by the 4 days travel card.
From the airport to the Central Station (and the Rica hotels in the city centre)
The public transportation option that is covered, is an indirect route to the Central Station. At Arlanda airport you can take bus 583 from bus stop 15 to station "Märsten" (To go to the bus platform: exit far left from arrival at Terminal 5). At station Märsta, a suburban train called "Pendeltåg" takes you to Stockholm Central Station ( 15 + 25 minutes ride). From the Central Station you can walk to the two Rica hotels in the city centre (Rica Talk Hotel and Rica Hotel Stockholm). To reach the Rica Hotel Kungsgatan, you have to travel to station Södertälje, the same station you need to travel to if you want to go to the conference location.
To reach the Rica Hotel Kungsgatan and the conference location
Take the suburban train on the Central Station towards Södertälje. The stop for the conference is 17 minutes away at Flemmingsberg. Once you arrive there, you have to walk towards the south entrance (same direction as the train is going), and take an indoor escalator to the right. Then you have to continue for another 250 meters and turn right after you have passed a big stone block. There you will find Södertörns Aula, where the conference will be held.
